Statement of Faith
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the verbally inspired Word of God. It is inerrant and  infallible in its truth, and the supreme authority for Christian faith and conduct.Â
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:160.Â

The Trinity
We believe in one eternal God who exists as three distinct Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, co-equal in power, and united in purpose.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Deuteronomy 6:4.

Eternal Salvation
We believe salvation is a free gift of God’s grace, entirely apart from human works. It is received solely through personal faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose from the dead. Once received, this salvation is eternally secure.
Scripture: Ephesians 2:8–9; John 10:28–29; Romans 10:9–10.
Â
The Role of the Church
We believe the Church is the spiritual body of Christ, composed of all true believers. Its mission is to glorify God by worshiping Him, edifying believers, and evangelizing the world through the proclamation of the Gospel.
Scripture: Matthew 28:18–20; Ephesians 4:11–16; Colossians 1:18.

Spiritual Gifts
We believe the Holy Spirit sovereignly bestows spiritual gifts upon every believer to build up the church and serve others. We encourage the orderly, loving operation of all biblical gifts in accordance with Scripture for unity, not division.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; 1 Corinthians 14:40; Romans 12:4–8.
Â
Water Baptism
We believe water baptism is a public testimony of a believer's faith in Christ. Administered by immersion, it symbolizes the believer's identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. It is an act of obedience, not a requirement for salvation.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3–4; Acts 8:36–39.
Â
Communion
We believe communion, or the Lord’s Supper, is a symbolic memorial observed by believers. The bread and the cup are symbolic representations of the broken body and shed blood of Christ. This serves to remember His sacrifice and encourages us to look forward to His return.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 11:23–26; Luke 22:19–20.
Â
The End Times
We believe in the personal, visible, and bodily return of Jesus Christ to establish His kingdom. We affirm the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the saved to eternal life in God’s presence, and the lost to eternal separation from God.
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; Revelation 20:11–15; Acts 1:11.
The Community of Faith and Saints
The Community of Believers
We believe that all who trust in Jesus Christ are immediately placed by the Holy Spirit into one united spiritual body, the Church, of which Christ is the head. This community of faith is called to manifest intimate fellowship, mutual love, and spiritual unity across all cultural, racial, and socio-economic distinctions.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:12–13; Ephesians 4:1–6; Galatians 3:28.
Â
The Church in the Local Community
We believe the local church is God’s primary instrument for transformation, called to be salt and light in its surrounding community. The church actively serves its neighbors, demonstrates Christ’s compassion to the vulnerable, seeks the flourishing of all people, and lives out the Gospel through both word and deed.Â
Scripture: Matthew 5:13–16; Jeremiah 29:7; Galatians 6:10.
Â
The Community of Saints Gone Before
We believe we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses—the saints who have gone before us and are now present with the Lord. Their lives of faith serve as an enduring encouragement, reminding us to run our spiritual race with endurance until we join them in glory.
Scripture: Hebrews 12:1–2; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Revelation 7:9–10.
 God’s Grace, Mercy, and Salvation
The Mercy of God
We believe that God is rich in mercy, withholding the ultimate judgment and condemnation our sins rightfully deserve. Driven by His great love, God looks upon our helpless, broken condition with deep compassion, initiating a way to rescue us from spiritual death.Â
Scripture: Ephesians 2:4–5; Titus 3:5; Lamentations 3:22–23.
Â
The Way to Salvation
We believe the only way to salvation is birthed out of God's amazing love for mankind. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." Jesus Christ made the ultimate sacrifice by dying on the cross for our sins and rising from the dead. Salvation cannot be earned through good works, rituals, or human effort; it is a gift obtained solely by grace through repentance and personal faith in the finished work of Jesus, as no one comes to the Father except through Him.Â
Scripture: John 3:16; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 5:8.
Â
Imparting Grace and Mercy to Others
We believe that having freely received God’s abundant grace and mercy, we are commanded to be conduits of those same gifts to the world. We are called to extend radical forgiveness, show active mercy to the suffering, and speak with gracious words, reflecting Christ's character to all people.Â
Scripture: Matthew 10:8; Ephesians 4:32; Colossians 4:6; Luke 6:36.
